Multiple times now this location either completely misses an item, or provides the wrong item. Tried using the “feedback” option on the McDonalds site, who stated they would contact the “Restaurant Leaders”, but to no surprise I never heard back from anyone. What used to be a great location, has gone downhill.

22 minutes for a simple pickup order for 5 placed from the parking lot. Full service restaurants get food out faster. The order was filled correctly at least. But the people working there acted like they'd never had an order before. Total chaos. McD's should fire this franchise operator.

I had a foordash order for here. I got it at 12:42 and got a notification at 12:44 it was ready but I drovere here and got to the windows at 12:55 and it wasn't ready. It's now 1:00. Still noting. Triple cheese burger meal. Unacceptable. I get paid by tips. Now they ask me to pull forward so the live customers get there orders completed. This feels intentional at 3 cars have driven by me with their orders. Now 5.

Everytime I give this location a chance they still manage to screw it up. I mean it's not difficult to add extra pickles or don't add onions or mustard OR fill the small fries. I'll attach a pic of my Big Mac only to see nothing but lettuce and maybe a patty.... Don't know whom else to address these complaints since corporate hasn't fixed the issues at this location yet let alone the mangers. So posting and sharing my reviews is what i do best.
