It was my first time trying coffee from Dutch Bros, and I have to say, it’s delicious! I actually met a client at Recycle Tattoo who was a long time employee at Dutch Bros; they had the brand's logo tattooed on their arm to commemorate their time there before moving on. Back then, I only heard their story, but today, holding this cup in my hand, I finally understand why they loved it so much. Such a wonderful experience!

All drinks are well made. There's something for everyone and there's usually new flavors to try. The service is quick and the staff is nice and helpful. They label the drinks here which helps a lot. Would definitely come again.

I came in to pick up a mobile order after the app showed my drink was ready but I ended up waiting about 10 minutes at the window, I don’t mind delays at all, I work a similar job and understand how backed up things can get. What really upset me was the lack of customer service, while I was waiting two employees were right at the window we made eye contact multiple times and I was still completely ignored, one employee was on his phone with headphones on and even after I politely knocked on the window no one acknowledged me. I eventually walked to the drive thru window where another employee
