Got Hi-C instead of iced tea, sweet and sour sauce instead of honey mustard, and a single patty in my McDouble. Nugs also took a while. My pregnant self is truly flamed about the missing patty. Unsatisfying.

Two, almost three, months. Two months ago, I spent $15 on an inedible meal. I immediately asked for a refund and was told to use the app. Customer service kept telling me that I’d be hearing from the restaurant then closing my case. I haven’t heard one peep from you all. It got to the point where I went back and everyone in the store was looking at me like I had 2 heads. Haven’t heard from anyone in over a week, but this is extremely disappointing. $1-$5, I would let it go but $15 for brick fries, a cold burger, and soda water (I ordered a sprite) is insane.

Food was just like any other McDonalds food but the guy working there it was a horrible experience he was slow and he was very mean to my friends and me when we were acting normal we saw rats there too. The lady in the back working the window was super nice she said “sorry for the guy being mean to nobody else acts like that don’t know why him.”

Ordered a large ice coffee, they gave it to me not even shaken up . I ordered a mobile order ( thinking it would be ready for pick up in the drive thru by the time I got there ) nope had to go wait in a spot which I then waited 15 minutes just for them to completely forget about my order. The woman working the drive thru was super rude & yelling how she had to get a coffee order out. The poor guy trying to deliver food in the parking lot was slipping everywhere because of all the ice and snow that wasn’t even plowed. All in all, crappy experience. I’ll stick to the derry location
