Helen Yu (Chestnut Journal)★★★★★A very spacious dining space at 123 Pho in downtown Long Beach. I ordered the beef over rice and it was zesty and flavorful, the beef was tender but still meaty. Rice was a perfect companion. There is no trick in its presentation, but plain, simple and filling is what I was looking for in this lunch. Thank you for wonderful food and attentive staff that minded my belongings as I ordered.

Griis★★Ordered the summer rolls (spring rolls ) literally 1 shrimp cut in half , most of it was noodles . Not worth the price . Very small also. And no peanut sauce. Employees were nice though.

Their pho was not the greatest either, made me feel icky after eating; & they literally only put 4 pieces of shrimp (they charge $4+ for shrimp) & barely any brisket in the soup! Just lots of noodles. The inside was nice & quiet, wasn’t busy at all during the time we came by. I wouldn’t come back or recommend this place.
