I ordered a larger cold brew and only asked for a splash of milk, but when I got my drink, the cup was only filled about halfway. I’m confused as to why so much space was left empty instead of topping it off with more cold brew. If this is standard for larger sizes, it would’ve been helpful if the staff recommended a smaller size rather than charging for a larger cup that wouldn’t actually be filled. The staff was nice but the portion was disappointing.

I’ve been a loyal Rook Coffee customer for years and have always loved the atmosphere and previous staff, which is why my experience today was so disappointing. The manager I dealt with was incredibly rude and spoke to me in a way no customer should ever be treated. I’ve supported this business for a long time because of the great service and welcoming environment, but today’s interaction completely caught me off guard. Respect and professionalism go a long way, especially from management. I truly hope this is addressed so other longtime customers don’t have the same experience.

Much better Rook than the Ocean Location. Coffees are made the same way, every day, thankfully. Ordering ahead online is necessary but the coffee is ready upon arrival for the most part! So good, every time!

Walked in the girl with green shirt took 5 mins to acknowledge me girl with curly hair bun up was in the back there slam doing mobile orders before customers in the building 1st. On. Top of that this place is infested with a mouse. 🐁 saw one run pass me while waiting 10 mins calling the health inspector on them. Before I can say anything there making drinks
