I'm not going to score low just because I didn't like a product. I wanted to try the new summer island Caribbean pineapple slushy that's made with ice cream, but I can't stand the texture! This $6.33 drink went right in the garbage! There are bits of pineapple in here that gets stuck on your tongue and then you chew for a while and there's those little bubble things I don't even know what it is but save your money!

Hair all over my cup ,asked for a new one and still more hair!. When I complained a 2nd time they seemed upset. Got another and just left the drive-tru. And guess what more hair on my cup!!!! 😝 GROSS.. MY FIRST TI.E AT SONIC.. WI NOT BE BACK.. And will definitely tell friends. Also didn't appreciate hearing employee's talking about customers,while sitting at the drive thru window

Currently sitting in A SECOND stall since 6:32pm. I came through the car hop section and ordered our food through the speaker. I pushed the button again and informed the lady that nothing was on the screen and I was unable to pay because of. She said the car hop would assist me with that…. 6:45 no one has came out to serve us, but cars that have showed up afterwards are receiving their meals. 6:50 we move to ANOTHER stall so I can place an online order (that way it’s paid for) 7:12 ended up having to go inside to get our food and the fries were cold. 😔😔 Everyone was super friendly, and

Been there 3 different times. And each time my order was messed up. I got a coupon for a free route 44 drink. The cashier argued with me saying that it wasn't free.I had to pay four dollars and sixty six cents for it , or I could pay four dollars and sixty six cents for a small peanut butter shake , I told her to keep it and to learn her job.
