I was trying to place my order on the touch screen that wasn't working. It was amazing. I loved it when the worker looked at me. Didn't ask if I needed any help. Sees me struggling. Still didn't ask if I needed any help so I just walked out. With no line in the drive thru or inside. You permanently lost the customer. This is the second or third time it's happened to me at this location. If you can't be bothered with being able to take somebody's order inside, maybe you shouldn't have inside dining and it should just be an Express location like Dunkin donuts is doing.

Most disrespectful employees and customer service encounter that ive experienced. Was missing a sandwich out of my order. Had multiple employees come to the counter telling me I was a liar. Ended up talking to the manager. Didn't even feel comfortable eating the food following them giving me the sandwich I ordered. Will no go back.

One of the few places Open late -after midnight- on a Saturday night! (Bonus points for being easy on/off hi way!) Shined bright like an oasis after a drive home from a concert. Drive thru only opened tho. Cashier & cook were friendly and efficient.

I stopped here to grab a burger/Dave’s Single and a small Oder of French Fries. My burger was o.k., but not up to par in comparison with the other locations I have gone to. There was way too much ketchup oozing out of the back side. I like burgers, so excessive condiments is a downer for me. The staff was somewhat cordial, although the young woman at the drive thru seemed unnecessarily rushed as there was nobody waiting behind me. The best part of this location was that the prices seemed slightly lower than the other Wendy’s I’ve been to. Then again, given the lower level of burger quality and
