I don’t know what to write. I’m speechless. I’ve been here 15 times and it’s always amazing! I wish to be as cool as Pineda Tacos one day. Definitely the best place to visit in all of south Minneapolis. Most restaurant chains have a slogan like Culver’s, “Welcome to delicious” but it’s not delicious. McDonalds has the slogan, “I’m loving it” but I really am not loving it. On the other hand, Pineda tacos is delicious and I’m loving it! 10/10!!

There is no better place to decompress after hours of tear gas than Pineda Tacos! There were days when my only hope in life was the sweet lime on the side and the rich carne asada that was always promised to be waiting for me. The woman that takes your order always greets you with a smile and welcomes you into this refuge of a restaurant similar to that of an oasis in the middle of a desert surrounded by killer scorpions and alligators or something absolutely terrifying like that. The burritos were so good I forgot to take a picture of them😂 The chips and guac were delicious too. I asked the waitress what her favorite dessert they had was and she said the tres leches cake. It did not disappoint. Yum! Very quick service for take out!

Fresh as heck even after driving back to Hopkins after picking up. They got the gooooood to-go boxes. Pictured is the food that I couldn’t wait to start eating before I took a picture of it. Also I had a taco in the car.
