Tyler Flavin★★★★★I brought my residents from Strive in Fern Park to this location. I passed closer Wendy locations for one reason... The workers of this location are AMAZING! Jas is so nice! She came off of her break to take all 14 of our orders and did it with a smile! Patience and kindness are very evident in this young lady! She handled our every need, and they were many! Her manager, Kate, was amazing and very understanding to my residents! She took the time to Thank us for coming in and made it clear that they were happy to have us. The yummy food brings you in but the service keeps you coming back!

Marcos gonzalez★I'm not sure what's going on with this Wendy's lately, but the customer service has been terrible. You spend so much money on these high prices, and the least they could do is give you good service. It's crazy that they always make you pull into a parking spot to wait for your order, and the food isn't even fresh! When I used to work at Wendy's, we weren't allowed to make customers park. The whole point of fast food is to get your order quickly. It's not "slow food." I waited in the drive-thru line for five minutes, only to be told to park at the window. Then, it was another 10 to 15 minutes
Amanda Morales★Ordered a salad to the Mobile app, I went to pick it up sat in the drive-through forever. I don’t know why it takes them so long just to prepare a salad After it was ordered online and given a specific time for it to be ready. Really bothered at how long it takes them to get food ready they make you pull up to the door for you to sit there and wait which seems like ETERNITY. I get home with my salad and I’m pissed not only is there hard rock pieces of grilled chicken but they give me expired croutons. So it looks like I’ll be skipping dinner tonight! This is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever
