Customer service has gotten really bad, I mean why hire these younger people that don't know how to treat people? I simply called in to tell them they gave me a small lemonade instead of a medium which clearly says on the side of the cup and I ordered these all the time a 16 oz is a small even though I said I didn't need any kind of compensation I just wanted them to understand that the mistake was made I still was met with snarky comments and an attitude! She also told me this was there medium lemonade, since when?

I ordered food off the mobile app. They sent it out through Door Dash the driver left my family’s food in the snow on the ground and didn’t even knock on the door by the time I got to my food it was cold and wet Burger King said it’s DoorDash fault to contact them they say it Burger King’s problem none of the managers are a help not even the general manager do not get food from them

Ordered a chicken sandwich made to order. Apparently they got upset. Went through drive-thru when I got home. I was eating a raw piece of chicken completely raw inside.

So, originally I was going to leave a poor review. Let me explain my first order was messed up so I came back they agreed to make it right. They remade my order I pulled up and waited for them to bring the food out and the girl that brought the food out was so kind and apologized and was a real gem. Probably honestly the best service I've ever gotten very kind understanding and professional 😊
