An absolutely beautiful evening with my husband and two of my sisters at Buck's Restaurant. Our dinners were absolutely delicious. The service was great. Atmosphere was beautiful, comfortable and an absolute joy with Reggie as the Pianist. We enjoyed music from our childhood like songs from The Sound of Music, The Peanuts theme song, Joys of Christmas and so many musicals that just made you smile as you enjoyed you meal and conversations. We highly recommend Buck's to all especially those looking for a wonderful date night. Everyone was so kind and welcoming.

A true hidden treasure, Bucks in Old Louisville. I had the pleasure of visiting tonight. I so enjoyed the live piano music and the upscale vibe is absolutely effortless. I selected the gorgonzola toped filet medium rare. It came on top of mashed potatoes, asparagus with a rich demi glaze that perfectly balanced the buttery filet. It was thick and perfectly medium rare. The picture does not begin to do it justice The charred crust melted into a buttery deliciousness in my mouth. Bravo! Brandy my server was perfectly timely and flawless. The Creme Brulee did not disappoint! Truly an experience!

The best part of this experience was the music, live piano player did an excellent job. I ordered appetizer oyster Rockefeller which came out after the meal. My first experience having it fried and not on half shell, description doesn't say fried not much taste, scallops were salty and not tender. Entrees came out potatoes cold seemed to be microwaved and not freshly prepared hot spots in food but overall not hot except the meat. I had seabass not the best but ok. We had a party of eight and no one was pleased with their food except they said their salads were good. 2 people had been there be

I attended a private event last Friday (May 15th). I had never been to this place before and I have lived in Louisville most of my life. The food is the best in the city! I was really impressed with the atmosphere and the service. I will definitely go back and tell everyone I know about it. It'll be my go to restaurant for my out of town guests.
