I recently visited this restaurant and ordered the barbecue pork sandwich along with the chicken red curry served with fried rice, and I have to say, both dishes were absolutely delicious. This restaurant was very disappointing. My bun bo hue was extremely bland, and I had to ask for extra fish sauce just to add flavor. We also ordered the special rice plate with pork chops and two sunny-side eggs, but the eggs were a bit overcooked. The steamed egg meatloaf was hard and tasted stale, and the fried shrimp was overly fried. To make matters worse, the cucumber served was old and wilted, and my knife was dirty, which is unacceptable. Overall, the food quality and cleanliness were very poor. I will not be returning.

I recently visited Viet-Thai Restaurant and had a great experience. I ordered the 27. Dặc Biệt (Special Beef Noodle Soup), and it was absolutely delicious. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the combination of thinly sliced rare eye round, well-done flank, brisket, tripe, and beef balls made every bite satisfying. The portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. You can really tell they put care into their food. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more from their menu. Highly recommend if you’re in the Lowell area and craving authentic Vietnamese flavors!
