I’ve tried to give this Taco Bell multiple chances, but this experience was the final straw. The service here is consistently slow — I’ve even experienced a nearly 50-minute wait before, and customers were refused refunds despite the delay. This review is for today's order with cashier Kimberlyn D, I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme combo with a soft taco, small nacho fries, Fire sauce, and a regular Pepsi. What I received was a combo with a crunchy taco, large nacho fries, Hot sauce, and a Diet Pepsi. I was also charged for the larger fries, and Kimberlyn rushed through the order screen so fast

Drive thru. No hello, no thank you, nothing. I had to say hello at the drive thru speaker microphone. I asked for beef instead of chicken on an order but I got home and found chicken in my order. I had to remind her to give me taco sauce. There were no empanadas. Not friendly at all. Kylie was on the receipt for the cashier. It was about midnight. There were no cars in the lane when I went thru so it wasn't busy. This place sucks. I should have gone to McDonald's instead.

1/30/2023 ordered through door dash— in the picture the chicken looked real good so we ordered it! when i opened it, it looked nothing like the picture 🫢 was not worth the price ($8.99) — in comparison to the dipping cup that’s how small the chicken was 🫤 flavor/taste of chicken was ok, but taking into consideration all aspects (appearance/taste/price) i would not be ordering this again! just got door dashed my taco bell— nothing against the dasher because when they pickup the items it’s already sealed but.. it clearly says 5 hot sauce, 5 diablo and 5 fire sauce— bummer it wasn’t put inside
