I’d love to say job well done but the only thing well done was the medium rare steak I ordered. Sent it back and it came out the same way WELL DONE! The sad part about it was the manager never came back to check on the steak and no one ever came and checked on us at any time during our visit. I definitely will not be coming back here again. It doesn't matter if I am Dining in or Take out. Bryans has never Disappointed The Steak is always cooked exactly how I order it. Add in the Potatoe and Salad Bar(yesyou even get to take a trip to the salad bar on a to go order!). Great Food Fair Price. Really glad they were able to come back from the Fire!!

It has been a year since the first time I came to this place and I STILL remember just how bad it was. I came one and never came back. I hate to leave a bad review but oh my lord this is genuinely the grossed steak in the world. I am a meat connoisseur!! I loveeee steak but even this one I couldn’t finish and was straight up disgusted by. I always heard that this was a good place to get a good steak, but they did not live up to the hype. It was totally disgusting! The steak was not fresh and had browning. I sent back and it was not much better. I ordered a sirloin steak which usually don't have any fat, the steak they served me had a lot of fat on it. My husband's chicken fried steak was salty. He said it had been many years since he had been here but it was way different. Salad bar and drinks were the only things that were okay. We will not be going back.
