Inside looks neglected. Stains on ceiling tiles look like they have mold! Toilet constantly runs. Toilet paper holder fell off the wall during use. The teenagers don’t speak up and avoid eye contact. This business location is lacking leadership.

Waited awhile at counter for someone to come and take our order. Overcharged us and when I showed them receipt they gave me the wrong amount. Our food was really good for what we got. Wasnt worth what we paid . One lady stood at counter for 10 minutes waiting to order. Finally walked out and tried drive thru. Very disappointed.

I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never had good experiences in their drive through, but the service inside ranges day by day. Today Issac was working the counter and did an excellent job. He was extremely friendly and professional. The food was decent, even if maybe not worth the price, but the service given by Issac was absolutely exceptional.

Disturbing! Ordered 3 items and was charged promptly at the window. Twelve minutes later, still waiting—while being the only car in line. I watched an employee texting, I had to tap on window! I was told by young lady the reason was they were down a worker who was “sick in the bathroom.” She looked unhappy! Yuck. That turned into another 15+ minutes. I tapped again and asked for an estimated wait or a refund because I had to pick up my child. I was told “one minute.” Or I could come back later if I had a problem with it, they were short staffed. No thanks. After nearly 30 minutes, I finally
