I had Burger King for the first time in years because my son was begging for a Whopper Junior, and I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. We went through the drive-thru. The person who took my order was very sweet. It was a very pleasant interaction. The food was hot, and the Whopper Junior was delightful. My son said it really hit the spot.

Hello, I am writing to file a very serious complaint about the unacceptable experience I had at your location at 809 Veterans Memorial Highway, Store #5806. I am extremely angry and frustrated about how this situation was handled. I sat in the drive-thru line for nearly an hour before my order was even taken.
