If I could give a 0 I would but force to give 1 star. This location is horrible! I come here because it’s late and close to my house but next time I’ll go somewhere else or take the drive to another Wendy’s before coming here. The food is always old and they NEVER get the order right! I ordered an app exclusive 2 cookie dough frosty fusions with vanilla ice cream, and what I was given doesn’t even exist as an option! When I asked her if this was cookie dough because I know it didn’t look like it…she said the screen said cookie crunch so I gave you both. My husband and I was like what one

When I first walked up to this Wendy's I could hardly recognize it. It has a very quaint, clean, and unique look to it. The outside structure blended very well with the surrounding clean and cheerful Forest like area. The inside also shocked me with its unique take on the Wendy's formula... Complete with custom artwork. The manager Jeff we did me warmly and quickly. He was very attentive to my needs and very positive. He got my order quickly and delivered the rest table side. AAA+ service

This is the 2nd time in a row that I paid $7 for a glorified McChicken. I even tried another location. I can't even be mad at the employees if they're not getting paid enough to care. Unless Wendy's reaches out to make it right, this will be our last time there for the time being. 3 stars because the other orders were right but I've always got the asiago ranch club and it's gone way downhill. Edit - changed to 4 stars because they at least used the right chicken patty. Austell rd location kept acting like they never heard of the sandwich. Essentially just missing lettuce this time.

I got a Grilled Chicke Ranch Wrap, and I'm stunned your staff would serve this. The wrap was so stale it was literally cracked apart upon rolling. If you don't have fresh food to serve, just tell the customer. I would have much gathered change my order than get home to find a stale old wrap in my bag. Also, my grilled chicken RANCH wrap had no ranch.
