My jamoche shake was more like a vanilla shake with a swirl of jamocha flavoring. Tried showing that to the girl who gave me my order at the drive thru but she told me that is what a jamocha shake is. This has been my favorite Arby's shake for over 30 years never got one that looks like this before. My sandwich wasn't even warm enough to soften the cheese on my chicken, bacon, and swiss sandwich. But I wasn't interested in trying to bring this to their attention since they didn't seem to care at all about quality food and quality service.

I must admit that I do not go to Arby's that much just got tired of the hamburgers and fries and wanted something different. I can tell when I walked in the door that this wasn't going to be your normal burger and fry joint. I visited the restaurant around 5:30 or 6 pm on a Friday evening and I seen the manager on the front register, another lady on the drive thru, and one gentleman in the back make sandwiches for both sides, they were going to need some help. The manager would occasionally pop in the kitchen to help make sandwiches but you know what? This team had the best attitude about th
