Some person decided to wad a bunch of ketchps up into one napkin, and shove it into my bag so hard that when I opened the bag and pulled oyt the fries and saw it, I had to pull the naplin out from deep inside the fry box. When I did that all the fries came out because the napkin full of ketchups was shoved all the way to the bottom of the fry container. There is no way this could have happened accidentally. Worst service ever. I’ve given this location multiple chances, but I’m officially done. There is one particular young lady who works there. She’s extremely rude and unprofessional. She wears a hoodie while working, with it covering her head. I had three orders, and she was nice until I asked for separate bags. I was ordering at the drive‑thru. Once I asked that, her tone became dry, and she seemed like she no longer wanted to take my order. She even stopped talking while I was still ordering food. I didn’t even get to finish ordering. Normally, I pass this place going to work at night. And I never stop. However, I stop Wednesday, night and Tuesday night. The purpose of me stopping again on Wednesday is because my sandwich was so fresh and so delicious. I normally don't eat fast food unless I eat the fish sandwich and this was a 10 out of 10 The cashier was very professional, and they got my order right the first time I get a fish sandwich made like a whopper. kuddos
