We ordered on the app and dined in. Overall appearance the dining room was cleaned and the beverage area was stocked. The sandwich was hot but the French fries were cold from waiting in the bag until the sandwich was made. My main complaints were the sweet tea tasted watered down and the soda from the fountain was more syrup than carbonation. The women's bathroom stalls were gross and needed a thorough cleaning.

I watched from a far corner of the restaurant as the morning transitioned to the lunchtime rush of customers coming through inside and the drive thru. I must say it was very seamless for both sets of customers, and the team was great in how they worked together, making sure everyone got a smile and their order was correct! As one elderly gentleman left, he took the time to walk over to the drew and said, "Great food, great service, and a great job!" He looked over at me, and we smiled, giving each other a thumbs up in agreement! More restaurants need this type of teamwork, effort, and custom

Straight garbage , the food was missing , chicken sandwich was dry like been sitting for hours , trying to contact the store but can't cause it like I calling someone cellphone . Yes the Wendy's on grey hwy in Macon Georgia don't make no darn sense. Well just lost me as a customer,. N by the way I ordered 4 6 dollar bags , nuggets and fries where missing but due to its was snowing wasn't going to risk me or my family live for some bull crap food

I give the computer in the drive-thru 5 stars and I give the actual human at the drive-thru window a -1, therefore my 3 star rating. The employee did not even speak, so either Wendy's is wonderful for hiring mute people or the employee is extremely rude and probably not the employee for greeting customers face to face. Not everything fast food place can be Chick-fil-A.
