Unfortunately I have to change my review. Went there for a couple of sundaes, what i received for the $4.39 price was disappointing to say the least. When I complained I was told they were made to standard which to me is even worse. The company knows this is what they are putting out and is ok with it. It's not just one person who wasn't on their a game. They are melted because the wait was long and I believe the made them as soon as I order even though it took me 10 minutes to get to the window.

I’m a regular here after finishing my UTA bus shifts—usually just use the restroom and order a cheese-only hamburger. Staff have always treated me well, but today the cooks played a prank on me: patties were overcooked and looked like they’d been kicked on the ground. I got a refund, but the assistant manager barely apologized. Disappointed I now have to find a new restroom and meal stop after work.

Fast and friendly service. They forgot our fries, but luckily fixed the mistake quickly. The 1st set of fries we had were cold, and the 2nd set of fries were warm but super salty. Expected the Burger to be bigger. But this is fast food. Not sure where the bacon was on the Burger but there was definitely a salad on top of my Burger. 😄. The kids play area was super cold. And the seats are the tables in the kid area are super uncomfortable. But the kids didn't mind they were running around and playing.

Hit or miss. You either get someone who can make a shake with enough toppings, or you dont. This time I got a whopping 6 pieces of cookie dough.
