My family will make the drive to the West Valley location, on 5600 west because we order classic cheese. Our toddlers are very picky eaters and the classic cheese is one of their favorites. But, not sure why these guys make their dough so dang thin. It’s like all your biting into, is their cardboard hard and everlasting chewy cheese. My 2 yr old, nearly choked. Im not even sure, why they can’t see how they never cook the middle, until it’s ready. Y’all should take note from the West Valley location. I want to share a quick experience and also apologize for a misunderstanding that was completely my fault. I placed two online orders—one for the drive-thru and another for in-store pickup. When I went through the drive-thru, the attendant was very kind and asked if I needed a bag. I declined and didn’t realize he had already handed me both of my orders. I ordered the stuffed crazy crust pizza last week and got regular stuffed crust. Took it anyway because I didn’t want to return it and wait for them to make another one. Ordered again today and they gave me the regular stuffed crust again, I went back in and let them know I got the stuffed crazy crust, she grabbed it and went back, came back 30 seconds later with sprinkled Parmesan and no garlic.. I don’t have many reviews under my name but I felt like I had to leave this review being the second time.
