Unfortunately, the biggest issue wasn’t the food, it was the packaging. The wonton soup container had a hole in the lid, which caused it to leak through the entire bag. By the time the dasher dropped it off at my hotel and I picked it up, the bottom was soaked and tearing, and I had to carry it carefully just to avoid it completely falling apart. We ordered from the Bamboo Garden for the first time just last night, by complete happenstance. We don't live locally but were in the area and starving. We had asked my boyfriends daughter to recommend a good chinese place, and she said the name of another business. Personally I absolutely love this place for's location! They have amazing, very, very friendly customer service When answering the phone!! Sometimes I have to order food quickly and i'm driving and I know what I want that I don't exactly know what it's called on the menu and they're always very , very friendly and very , very patient!! My spouse and I order from here regularly. The staff is always pleasant and the food is very fresh and hot. Best fried rice in the area, same with crab rangoons. Other items lack consistency. So flavors can vary day to day depending on who makes it. It's not a large variation but noticed. Admittedly you don't go here for the atmosphere, it's a pick up only spot. We will continue to order here. I wish they still offered delivery outside of Doordash or other such delivery app.
