It’s a nice, clean, and organized bakery/deli/restaurant. I have been shopping at Eli’s for years, but for some reasons, I haven’t had chance to visit the store that’s the closest to me. The foods looked fresh, and smells nice. I looked around even though a challah was the only thing I needed today. They have all sorts of pastries, breads, and cookies. Some soup and cold cuts. They also have freshly made food and a small salad bar. I’ll come back and try their other items. I believe they also offer dine in options.

I recently got coffee from Eli Zabar, and honestly, it was disappointing. The coffee was not good at all and wasn’t even hot when I received it—I even thought I should have just ordered an iced coffee instead. The staff experience made it worse — the lady at the register was rude and not friendly. On top of that, the price was high for what you get, which makes the whole experience feel not worth it. For the price and reputation, I expected much better quality and customer service. Hopefully they improve in the future.

Complete disappointment. I went in to grab some ready-made food and was shocked by the pricing. I literally took a very small portion: 5 meatballs, a spoon of rice, and a couple of spoons of salad. The total came out to almost $40. That is completely unreasonable for what you get. In other places, the same amount of food would cost around $12–15, maybe $20 at most in a more expensive spot. Here, the price has absolutely no connection to portion size, quality, or overall value. It feels like the prices are just inflated without any real justification. This place was a real disappointment. This is basically a highway reststop restaurant with ny prices. The bagels were grocery store bagels that you have to make yourself and pay 3x the price. The drip coffee I poured myself was decent. Would NOT go back. For the price there is just so many better options.
