The Mankato Toppers is easily the most consistent location in terms of food quality, service and overall experience. 9 times out of 10 the food is hot and fresh and the entire order is accurate. Plus, the staff are always so friendly and chill, but also knowledgeable and helpful. They’ve probably forgot my dipping cups maybe once or twice in all of my ordering and if I catch it in time, they’ll gladly give me my dips and apologize for the inconvenience. If I could give this place zero stars, I most certainly would. I ordered from here late night for my colleagues and I and it took over an hour and a half. I had to literally Call and remind them that I even had an order. They dispatched the driver and I never received my order. I decided to forgive the incident. I placed another order today on May 7. While picking up an online order noted that the employee was notably sick vomiting audible sounds from the back and using the restroom several times. Noted he was making the pizzas without gloves. Requested a full refund Cooper the other employee was very helpful and understanding

Ordered 6 pizzas for a birthday party and 20 mins after it was scheduled to be delivered I got this text - “your order from Toppers Pizza (Mankato) has been cancelled because the store is unable to fulfill the order. Your charges will be removed from your statement within 3 days. We apologize for the inconvenience.”
