I haven’t had McAlister’s in a long time. I wanted to give them a try for lunch. I ordered off the website for a pick up order, which was very easy to do. This location has a drive thru window but your order already needs to be placed through phone, app or the website. I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the choose two which had multiple choices to pick from. I enjoyed my half Chicago Dip sandwich and half spud. The Chicago dip had Swiss cheese and Giardiniera peppers that enhanced the taste. It came with the au jus to dip in. The sandwich stole the show. I do wish it had more Swiss cheese

Came in a few nights ago at around 8:30 and restaurant wasn't very busy. Macie was super nice when taking my order and recommended the Garden Fresh Turkey sandwhich which was absolutely delicious! Got it with a side salad and the food came out right as I sat down. Macie and the manager Danielle checked on my several times during my visit offering me boxes and refills. Super friendly staff, good service, and delicious food! Will definitely come back!

I can't say anything bad about this place. I enjoy myself every time I go. They all know me there so when they see me walk in they pretty much start my order. I never order anything different. So if you're interested try out the pecan Berry salad. I truly believe that McAlister's deserves five stars on everything. I have never walked into that restaurant being dirty and anyway. Bathroom is always clean. They welcome you in the door and say goodbye to you when you leave.

This location in Mansfield has been very bad recently. We have had several bad experiences that I’m sorry to say it’s come to a point where I have to say something. We ordered the choose two and got a half sandwich and soup. The gave us the TINIEST piece of sandwich. I included a picture of the soup container to compare how big it was. Definitely not a full half of a sandwich and they did this for both of our orders. We have also had several orders from here in which they have just straight up forgotten our sides. Have your employees ask themselves “would you be happy to pay for this?”
