Nice casual place with good food at reasonable prices. You place your order at the counter, find a seat and then they call your number. The decor is country rustic 60/70's diner theme. I purchased a NY Dog and it was piled high with the fixins. The poppy seed bun and fresh garnishes enhanced the somewhat small and average hotdogs taste good. I will go back to try other items on their menu.

This was our first time trying this place and it was rather disappointing. My chicken sandwich had so much mayonnaise, it was coming out in globs and everything inside kept sliding out. The onion rings were good and the strawberry shortcake dessert was probably the best thing they offered. My family wasn't impressed with their food either. It had plenty of seating and several kiosks for easy ordering.

Wow. We stopped by here after Opening Day when everywhere else has a one hour wait, this place did not. This place is NOT just a hot dog place like I thought at first. We had the best Rodeo Burger, Italian Beef Sandwich and onion rings! Cold draft beer and milkshakes. Clean open atmosphere and the staff is fun! Two thumbs up! Hidden gem 💎

First time trying Portillos. I was looking forward to the Chicago hot dogs - but was kinda disappointed. I had expected them to be nice plump juicy dogs - but they were not. Looked like the ones you get at the store in the dollar package honestly. For $13 meals, you'd think they were at least the size of those from Costco. Nope! 😟 But let me share some positive notes about them, my kid ordered a rodeo burger- it was a nice size burger with extra thick bacon, onion ring and BBQ sauce.
