The customer service was fairly decent. The food took about 10 minutes to get out while we were the only ones in the entire store. The food however was not the best. The fried pickles were soggy, burnt and had a hair in them. The fries were stale, the chicken was far too greasy. Also the floors and tables were all sticky for some reason.

First time here from out of town. Enjoyed my salad with crispy tender chickens and honey mustard. Service was quick and super cordial! Shake was a yummy flavor light and not too sweet. Hubby got the 3 and 3 with the dry rub cayenne and tenders were crispy and tenders. Will be a repeat customer thank you!

My toast was soaking in butter. Macaroni and cheese tasted burnt. Chicken tenders were fine. This is the 1st time in a long time that I feel let down by my favorite chicken place.

Have been coming to this location many times. Unfortunately would no longer be coming back from recent experience. Dine in, Location was clean, and staff was friendly. Placed my order around 5pm. Did not get food until 5:45pm. No one else was inside of the store at the time. Once food was brought out. Tenders and fries were lukewarm, bread was the only thing that was hot. The size of the tender were also very small. Very disappointed in the amount of time it took to get food only for it to be mediocre at best. I will not be returning back.
