I love chipotle but my experience today has changed my mind. The lettuce was brown and by the time I noticed it was already on my meal so I asked Steph if I could at least get a percentage off since it was not fresh they refused the chicken was extremely spicy to the point where I would probably have heartburn for three days if I ate it. The only good thing I can say about my chipotle visit today is the taste of my food. Chipotle never lets me down with the taste of the food. What my biggest problem was my service. I ordered my food on the app from this location at 7:35. When I arrived at the location at 7:45 I was expecting only waiting for my food for another 5 minutes. I didn’t get my food after asking about progress 3 different times until around 9:10 at a chipotle that wasn’t busy. This is always the dirtiest Chipotle. I've never found a clean table to eat at. Recycling cardboard just stacked up on the garbage can. I've never used the bathrooms but I'm guessing they're horrendous. They're customer service reply is terrible. See below.
