Ordered a single pizza, 2 orders of cheesy bread, 2 extra marinara sauces, and an order of cinnabon for pick up. I got it exactly at the pick up time. Drove 15 minutes home. Everything was barely above room temp, the bread sticks had a texture like they had been overcooked and then sat for a long time. The cinnabon had the same problem. I had paid the extra for the extra dipping sauces and didn't get them. This particular location has definitely been made a do not return to. Wish I did what I usually do and checked location reviews.

March 12, 2026. I ordered a 3 topping pizza on their app but there was not enough room in the instructions box to explain how I wanted the toppings distributed. So I called the 1- 800 number and gave the woman my order number and it took 4 times before she understood my simple request. ( a simple 3 topping request ) that I order from a competitor every week with no issues. When I went to pick it up at store on Vinewood Lane in Maple Grove, there was a rain storm, so just ran in and grab it without checking it ( my mistake ) but should I have to ? My friend regularly delivers for this store and maybe twice out of ten deliveries will tip, yet for some reason a delivery charge will show up on your receipt. Makes door dash drivers look bad when pizzas don't get made on time or according to customers orders. Please don't bash your driver's. Store has issues to fix. Something sketchy going on with the tipping process. They don't even have their own drivers anymore.

Do NOT order delivery. They are always short drivers, and when they send the delivery contract to DoorDash it adds 20-30 minutes to the delivery time. Then, when your order is already an hour late, the tracker sits in limbo because no drivers are available. Tracker isn’t updated to this fact, nor does the location contact you - they’re happy to text your order info but no updates - explaining the delay. Ended up getting carry out and no apology, no inconvenience freebie or coupon. NOTHING. I’ve ordered almost a grand in pizza there in the past year because the food quality is good for carry o
