I always goto the suburban Wendy's and never have any complaints unlike other wendys..Great workers im now editing my post cause I came again today to show the manager a picture of my food from the other day cause nobody answered the phone...showed picture of my chicken ranch wrap if no lettuce and no tomato that I asked for I showed the manager that I only got chicken and cheese and ranch...the Mexican manager guy with curly hair said oh other wendys dont have lettuce but we do i said but im showing u in the picture that u forgot my lettuce and the tomatoes I asked for.. he pretty much sa

order online fries cold half full. I know this happens but dang customer service really sucks no greeting no thank you no have a good day. I was a customer Service manager for the other better brand and geez i would clean house if i was the owner and or GM.. 4.3.26 530pm

Forced to drive around the drive thru twice to pay separately for a second order then my first order was cold and they screwed me on the amount of frys.
