Was trying to decide between the Bahama Mama and the Mango Monsoon and Amira recommended trying the Mango Monsoon. She also suggested adding banana to it and it came out so delicious! 5-star smoothie and wonderful staff with great customer service! Will be back probably sooner than later. :)

Today was national açaí bowl day and i was very disappointed i got a watery half as* bowl and couldn’t receive a refund bc the manager wasn’t there and they didn’t want to remake it bc they said their “açaí base was frozen” WHICH ITS ALREADY SUPPOSE TO BE FROZEN SO I WAS CONFUSED!!! i wasn’t going to argue back and forth with her so i just told her give it back to me . idk if yall need to change yall workers or what bc they were being very lazy in my opinion never have i gone to tropical smoothie and they give me a half of a watery bowl even on a discounted day .

Came in last night 15 minutes before closing at 9:45 and the two workers well the female on staff told me that they were “closed” but the funniest part was that there were about 5 people in there already waiting for their smoothies… how are you closed and making smoothies. Anyways I’ll take my money up street to smoothie king. I don’t have time for teenagers to make their own schedule on a shift.

Food is extremely inconsistent. Some days it tastes good other days the opposite. Even down to how the wraps are wrapped. Some days it’s wrapped sloppy other days it’s wrapped well. Good Business’s need consistency to do well and to give customers something expect, this location needs to work on consistency when it comes to the food.
