Me and my husband went into Chipotle today at 11:30am 06/23/2026 and the lady who took our order her name is Gabriella did such an amazing job helping us. My husband said that his burrito was so big that it was the first time he ever got full from a chipotle burrito. She had such amazing customer service, she was fast and friendly. Definitely will be going back.

Great food with good service! I was 4th in line to order and was served quick. I ordered a Chicken Rice Bowl and it was made to order. I observed the cashier making small talk with a young child ahead of me. It brought a smile to the child as well as the parent. The Chicken Rice Bowl was hot, fresh, & tasty! The portion was large and filling. I observed a customer accidentally dropping a glass bottle and shattering all over the floor. Ordered 5 entrees today with five drinks(bottles). One of the burrito should have been double protein ($7.40 extra). ALL the burrito were way small and the "double" protein one was the smallest of them ALL. Then they thought it was a good idea to buy everything in ONE bag with the heavy glass bottles drinks on top of the burritos. To top it off they missed a soda. Wish I could provide pictures if the burritos as evidence.

You would think if you spend just over $70 on three bowls and one burrito that they would take a little more care and packaging it as to not have your order leak out the bottom of a paper bag and go everywhere in your brand new car. Not only that, but we asked if they had nacho bowls and they said you added the nacho chips at the end which I wasn't really paying attention to since I was ordering my burrito but when we went to check out I was asking where the chips were and the cashier gave us all kinds of attitude saying that we had to add it and they didn't have anything call nachos and that
