I ordered a ribeye steak with mashed potatoes and a caesar salad. The food was perfect! Cooked exactly how I wanted it. Flavorful, overall amazing quality. Sam the waitress was very kind and attending to our table. I also had a Royal Reposado Margarita which was phenomenal. Talk about a tasty margarita, I can't wait to order another one next time. I’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant for nearly 20 years, which makes writing this especially disappointing. A good general manager should know and value the loyal customers who have supported the business for years. Well, this was a dining disappointment. The restaurant closes at 10:30. So, 9:30 isn't too unreasonably late to walk in, right? Wrong. We waited, and waited .... and waited for a hostess to finally get us a table, the restaurant is not busy at all. Then waited, ....and waited for a server. When she arrived, it was a rushed order ...
