i ordered a crunchwrap supreme with beef, and a chalupa. I payed at the window then was asked to wait outside of their back door. After five minutes i received chicken, cheese, tomatos, and sour cream inside of a tortilla folded into a triangle??!? As well as cheese and chicken alone, rolled into some sad flat “burrito”. i can’t believe i spend my money here. i feel like i got pranked or something?? i don’t usually leave reviews but this is a bit unbelievable.

Forgot half of my order and gave me taco with barely anything in it. Literally shameful put whatever staff is on this shift on a time out

Food was your standard Taco Bell foods, good and all. I super was excited for this since where we live doesn't have a fast food joint within 40 miles or so, the person taking my order was also nice but when I received my order they had shorted me a soft taco, messed up one of the quesaritos and gave me NO sauce even though I requested "As much as you can legally give me" partially to be funny but I was also 100% serious, I wanted my garbo food to swim. It's not the end of the world but I was just very disappointed, it would have been 5 stars if I got my sauce.

The take out order of KFC BBQ and regular krispy chicken meat was all mixed up and the older male cashier placed the order of BBQ honey chicken only. No apologies. The meat was way too fatty. We Spat out 1/3 of it beside the bones. Just couldn't chew and swallow the gross amount of fat. This older latino cashier, whether he was a manager or not, he didn't interact with his staff or any customer in any humanly way. Just angry. No wonder few people want to visit this place during the busy dinner time. Worst KFC experience so far in MA.
