Every time I order a pizza for pickup or delivery, they forget at least 1 topping. I wanted mozzarella plus light cheddar… it’s literally just light cheddar. Mozzarella is on the ticket but do you see any on my pizza? Lol. I work food service too so I totally understand forgetting something occasionally- but almost every single time isn’t very acceptable. Partially my fault for not checking my pizza before I take it home, but I don’t feel like I should have to.. Seems like the employees don’t have a great attention to detail. The build-your-own salad is excellent. The ingredients are always fresh, flavorful, and prepared exactly as ordered. One of the best things about it is the affordability. I honestly don't think you could buy all the vegetables and toppings yourself and make a better salad for the price. Another bonus is that any leftovers taste just as good the next day.

Today the staff went above an beyond for me an my daughter. We placed a delivery order and doordash completely messed up our order by not delivering it an forgetting our pizzas at the counter. I call Modz and they said they knew exactly why I called an redid our order and gave ise 2 coupons for a free pizza. They didnt have to do that being it was Doordash driver fault. I truly appreciate them for their service an professional care today!
