I love this Taco Bell, staff is sooo kind! They forgot to serve our slushy, so when we asked this kind lady delivered it to us to our table! The atmosphere seems so fun seeing how they work and communicate! Would definitely come back to sit and eat inside!

I didn’t catch his name but he said that he had been working there for 9 years; he was so kind and helpful, and really brightened up my cruddy day. This was a poor experience. Nobody greeted me when I walked in. Nobody bid me a good day or even a thank you for coming in when I left. This has such an impersonal atmosphere. The only thing anybody said to me was that now you are required to place your orders at a computer kiosk. You can only interact with a person if you are picking up and need to ask a question. There is no real customer service to speak of at all anymore. The attempt at Christmas decorations on the interior is a nice thought but the way they went about doing it makes the interior feel cramped and crowded. Nothing about the
