If I could give this 0 stars I would. Stopped out of town to here and got 4 sliders a bowl and some drinks The sliders were supposed to be NO cheese, there was cheese on all but 1 Got a bbq pork bowl - no sauce also was double charged (was refunded after) Order au jus - didn’t get it Shake was not mixed when ordered. Manager was the one who took our order as well.. well done Arby’s for showing us what mason city is capable of!!! Absolutely nothing! 0 stars

Place looks nice, but that's about as far as it goes, the people there rush you to hurry up and leave in the drive through, prolly so you don't notice when they screw up your order, you know, like getting 4 beef and cheddar sandwiches and for whatever reason they somehow forgot the cheddar portion, or w.e that other sauce is too, sure slap a few tiny slices of beef on a bun and rush em outa the drive through. 100% am done giving this place a chance. It's evident that either there are no competent workers anymore, or who ever runs the show over there just sucks, either way, we're done.

Found a rest that I will not be returning to in mason city. Worst arbys Ever!!!! My roast beef sandwich looked like shredded beef. Fell out of first bun, took that one back and they gave me one jusy like it with a Mega attitude. And it was cold. Last time here.
