My kids loved their meals and shakes. But I was greatly disappointed in what I thought was biscuits and sausage gravy, what I received was biscuits and a milk/flour gravy with no seasoning whatsoever 😞. I have never been to IHOP before this!!!! I was expecting actual sausage patties and not a premade frozen patty. I didn't receive the toast for my eggs until we were about to leave, and when I got it, it was cold and hard topped with a butter like substance. It tasted horrible and I only took one bite. Food was good. Cup of fruit was sadly only honeydew and grapes. Everyone was friendly enough. Carpet under our table was a completely littered with chunks of food from previous patrons. I assume they don't have enough staff to keep it clean, but it was really quite gross. The waitress was very efficient. Annoyingly so to be honest. Again, I assume it's because they are short staffed. She brought our check half way through our meal. Marshon and Jeff were absolutely amazing! The service and food was phenomenal even when we came strolling in a half hour before they closed. They served us with smiles on their faces going above and beyond and not once seemed bothered. 100% recommend going in to see them! Thank you both!
