If you're looking for authentic, fresh flavors, this is it! The ramen broth is so savory, and the Dakgangjeong chicken has that perfect crunch with a hint of spice. Just a heads-up: the space is tiny. We arrived at opening and watched it fill up instantly. It's the kind of place where you eat and head out to make room for the next person, so don't expect a long, relaxed sit-down dinner.

BEST RAMEN IN CHARLOTTE. My wife and I have ordered from this establishment many times but finally carved out time to try it in person and it did not disappoint. All of the food came out piping hot and very quickly. It reminded my wife of her time in Japan. We ordered the pork gyoza, Spicy Soy Garlic Fried Chicken and Spicy Miso Ramen. So damn good I forgot to take pictures. This place is 100% in our rotation of go to spots in Charlotte. I won’t be back to Yume, Jinya, or some other places we have tried that I can’t remember the name of.
