I always order the Smokehouse Barbecue Chicken sandwich, so I know how it is made. Where is the cheese? Ordered extra onions, where are they? Extra barbecue sauce??? I did this myself on the kiosk, so I know it wasn’t ordered incorrectly. I literally had bread with some barbecue sauce and a few onions for lunch - for $11.00. Ordered a bakery item with my food and they put it on the counter separate from my to go order and continued to yell my last name at the top of their lungs until I told the server it went with the rest of my order, which was to-go. Staff friendly but asked for chicken noodle soup and mostly got broth and no noodles & 2 pieces of chicken… Called got my refund only on the soup but what I didn’t notice until after the call was my chocolate croissant was super super hard & dry like I couldn’t even try enjoying it if I tried… What is this?? That’s what you call chocolate??? Looks a month old & was super Nasty. Definitely regret taking just ONE bite. SMFH I should definitely get a refund on my whole order. Why do I even try? I stopped going to Panera for a couple of years because they continued to mess up my really easy orders. Decided to go there today. Ordered online, an egg and cheese croissant. They gave me a sausage and egg on ciabatta. I also ordered a cinnamon roll. It was brick hard and cold. I had to go back and they did give me the correct sandwich, but I didn't mention the cinnamon roll, I figured thats just Panera's way to serve it, cold and hard, not specific to this location. Waste of precious time in the morning and a waste of money.
