I came to Cotton patch today for a solo date. As soon as I came in, I was greeted at the front door , and my waitress was very attentive!! I even went to the bar to grab a couple drinks and everyone at the bar, which was three servers at the time was very attentive as well, and they made Me feel very welcomed. The food is great as well. Service is top tier it didn’t take the food forever to come. I’m sad to hear that. The store has such a low rating, considering that everyone working here is a sweetheart.

New to Cotton Patch Cafe. I work abnormal hours and am usually too tired to cook at home. I have eaten here almost everyday this past week and am highly impressed. The chicken fried steak and chicken fried chicken is amazing with a crispy batter. Don’t get me started on the vegetables! They all taste like they were made in my grandmother’s kitchen. It’s a true southern meal! I ordered the catfish yesterday and was very impressed. I highly recommend Cotton Patch Cafe!

Very disappointed with our experience at Cotton Patch. We came in ready to eat, but no one greeted us or acknowledged us for several minutes. There were only 4 tables being served. We stood waiting and felt completely ignored while employees walked by without speaking. Customer service starts with a simple greeting and making guests feel welcome. Unfortunately, because of the lack of attention, we decided to leave and eat elsewhere. Hoping this location improves how they welcome customers in the future.

Brisket sandwich was a complete disappointment! All i got was bread and a few tiny pieces of meat. There was a drop of bbq sauce. The sandwich wasn’t even acceptable for a kids meal size. The picture of the sandwich on the website was 10 times bigger. I showed the server and she said that she would get me a plate of more brisket. Waited 30 minutes and still didn’t get any meat. Asked the server and she said sorry the kitchen can’t get you any. Will never be back. Very disappointed!
