We got not for the food but for the ice cream. I have five people in my family and NOT ONCE have my order been completed correctly. Tonight’s order for example. I ordered a Royal New York Cheesecake blizzard. What did I get? A literal cup filled with nothing but vanilla ice cream. No cheesecake, no strawberry. We are done. They mess up our orders EVERY TIME.

So I’m in town visiting and I thought I’d get a chicken strip basket for dinner. I pull up order then go up to the window and as I’m sitting at the window waiting for her to open it. I just see three of them chatting away like I’m not even there. She finally opens the window and takes my payment and checks the window OK then please start putting paper bags on their head and then one starts cutting one up to wear a different way and then another one comes out and goes to the front counter to start making a paper bag hat. And all I’m thinking is I’m hoping they’re not gonna put my food in this b

Friendly and helpful. Didn't shove your change or the food at you like you were some inconvienence ("how dare you come to my job and make me have to work! ") and it was a youngster... With a smiling face... They even said to have a great day! 😲 Y'all, it was amazing!! **oh no! hope i didn't just go and jinx it!**

Their customer service is one of the worst. Everytime I go there they make me feel like an inconvenience. I truly hate ordering because of it. Love the ice cream though, but the service really makes it not even worth it.
