We stopped at McDonald's in McMinnville and had a great experience. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and efficient, and our order was prepared quickly and accurately. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what you expect from a well-run McDonald's. The drive-thru moved smoothly, and the employees were courteous and professional. Whether you're grabbing breakfast, lunch, or a quick snack on the road, this location delivers dependable quality and excellent customer service. Writing this after several experiences, but today was the worst one. Had our receipt for 4 sandwiches, and had to return the food twice because they gave us 3, and messed up again and again. Other notes: - A quick drive thru for nuggets and fries turns from a few minutes to 20 minutes because of their poor team. Not to mention ALL food is over/under cooked, over/under salted, or actually moldy. -Their managers are rude, unfair to associates, and expect 10/10 employees when they hire delinquent high schoolers. -Their staff after 8pm is just a bunch of kids hanging out and fooling around. Cold fries and over salted. They forget to give you the sauce for your chicken nuggets. And the straws for the drinks. Please train your employees to have great customer service, they make pretty good money now.

Respectfully, I’m gonna start turning down any DoorDash order I get for McDonalds in McMinnville . They have not once taken less than 25 minutes after I’ve arrived to get an order out. I’ve worked in food and understand there’s a lot of unforeseen things that can happen, but I’ve never in my life had someone waiting 30+ minutes for an order of fries, a single burger and a soda. I’ve personally been flagged for taking to long on delivery just because I’m waiting for them to get an order out so I can deliver it. It’s better for my own metrics to literally deny picking up an order than it is to r
