I recently had a truly positive experience at Burger King that I wanted to share! I visited during lunch hour, and was pleasantly surprised that the restaurant wasn't overly packed, which made for a quick and efficient visit. This Burger King has the best customer service I ever been too. Other Burger King customer service be terrible but here is different. My food was fresh even tho they parked me but they didn’t take that long. The employee who was taking my order was very sweet and polite.

Denied food for my kids!!! Avoid this location if possible. You will have much better service at the next location on fairy Ashford and west airport. This location is absolutely horrible due to the staff and mainly the manager. Order food from the drive thru and as soon as I paid they wanted me to park in front. Last time 2 times it took them 10 mins plus, so this time I declined to move. Note no cars in front or behind me. The manager said if I didntt move she will refuse to serve. I told her the food was for my kids seating in back seat and still she refused to serve. She didnt even know ho
