I ordered delivery last night and they forgot one of our sandwiches. I filled out the form to report the missing sandwich and in return they added a $7 reward to my account *that expires* in... a month. I had to email them to ask for a refund! And then they said they could only give me a refund if they removed the reward 🙃 so basically, they wanted to keep the money that I paid for a product that they did not give me, and when I asked for a refund they said "fine, but you don't get anything extra to make up for the fact that a member of your family didn't get their dinner!" Horrible horrible takeout. Their salads when you DoorDash are always bad but this is ridiculous. I’m so sick of how nasty and small their salads are. No one wants old cucumbers, end salad pieces, and old lettuce. I don’t advise anyone do takeout ever!

This lady was rude to me for absolutely no reason at all. Panera Bread leadership should review these comments and notice how everyone is saying the same thing about their customer service. Amanda is the worst

They're extremely rude. They do not acknowledge you when you come in.They do not acknowledge you when you walk up to the window. I'm in there 3-4 times a week. They don't let you know that any of the orders are done.You have to go up there and try to get someone's attention.And then hope that they acknowledge you and respond. I had four different employees make eye contact with me and not asked me.Was I ready to order?Did I already place an order?Can I help you? This happens every time it's as if they are too good to take your order as if they don't even want to be there.
