Came for dinner, our server was Sooo sweet she was an older white lady that was the sweetest!! The food was 2 out of 5. My soup arrived cold it’s was an egg soup with bits of chicken and celery it was not appetizing. I order chow mein, orange chicken and pork fried rice. The rice was amazing but chow mein was stir fry, no noodles, I was upset because I ordered my kid the same thing and she was mad it wasn’t the noodles. The owner came out, wearing no shoes to take our order and served us food that wasn’t cooked. Then when we showed her it wasn’t cooked she argued with us and her own staff was telling her it wasn’t cooked no one at are table even touched the food and then she was yelling at the staff… She didn’t fix the food didn’t even offer and still charged us $61 for the food and the poor staff just keep apologizing for her actions the sad thing is you could see the fear in their face about her yelling then come to find out she’s the owner of the building one shame on her for treating her stuff like tha

This is my Honest review of China Hut. The food was good. Nothing out of the ordinary. I would go again. I got the #4 on the Dinner menu and it was great. I will try to add the pics down below. Make sure to know the difference between LoMein and the ChowMein because I got the Chow Mein almond chicken and I thought that it had noodles. I didn't know the difference between the two. Don't make the same mistake I did please.

The manager is always so welcoming. She understands that my child is special needs. They still give so much love, care, and dedication to us while dining in or carry out. I go here at least once a week because the Szechuan chicken is THE BEST. If you want authentic, fast service with heart, and great staff that have been here for 30+ years. Then this is your place. I hope to be dining here for years to come. We celebrate birthday parties here also in the big party room. It is perfectly set up!!! Thank you for always making us feel like family China Hut of Medford.
