Absolutely DELICIOUS 10/10 We will 100% be back. RGB Burrito and pulled pork sandwich were perfectly cooked. Texture, flavor, quality of ingredients. The burrito was perfectly mixed with every bite not having too much of one item. Outdoor seating was perfect for the cloudy day with partly covered and partly uncovered patio. Fast and friendly service.

Ruby’s is one of my very favorite restaurants in Medford, hands down! Their Riley’s cheesesteak and fries are legit and their breakfast burritos (served all day) are always a solid staple in our weekend. We feel like community, since we’ve been coming here since they opened. The staff is always so gracious even when they are slammed busy! The vibe is eclectic and the menu is fun and funky in the best way. I am happy to support this business being in town, they are the best!

This is a nice neighborhood restaurant with friendly staff. But they are outrageously overpriced. I like the rice bowl which is very small, but expensive at $11 for what it is (rice, beans, cheese, salsa). Annoying, but I keep coming back because it’s relatively healthy when I’m in the area running errands. But this time, the small container was barely half full. I also waited 30 minutes for something that shouldn’t have taken half that. Pretty disappointed. They seriously need to rethink some of their prices if this is what they’re putting out there.

Fantastic veggie/vegan breakfast burrito. Seasoned tofu scramble (you won’t miss the eggs) and LOADED with veggies! Wrap even nicely browned, not pasty like most burritos. So so tasty. Even if you’re not a veggie try this burrito! The regular Coffee is excellent comes in real cups with refills and forks aren’t plastic.
