Ordered the Hot Holiday Meal @ $109. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. You will get just enough food. Thank goodness we didn’t have 6 adults. No leftovers… As for a whole pumpkin pie as advertised we received a pumpkin loaf… So disappointed.

Never could get waited on. It was really slow. A man and young girl at the counter had a great time talking and looking at her phone. Never got anyone to come to my table. If they would have been busy, it would have been one thing. After waiting for 15 mins. I left. The girl said set anywhere, so I did and never heard anything else from anyone. I guess a single person doesn't mean too much to them in Medina Bob Evans. Atmosphere quiet. Food couldn't tell you. Service very very poor.

We went around 12:30 pm on a Sunday. Food was pretty good and we didn’t have to wait long after ordering. It did, however, take 10 minutes before our server came to our table to greet us and take our orders. Overall cleanliness was lacking; table was very sticky and not well cleaned. The women’s bathroom was gross, with sticky floors, no toilet paper in the larger stall, and the feminine product garbage tin was full, giving the impression the washroom had not been cleaned in several days.
