I had an uber driver who dropped off the coffee at the wrong location, was about an hour late, and, after I told him it was in the wrong location, he wouldn’t answer the phone. Once I found the coffee in the neighborhood, the bag ripped through the bottom so all of our coffee was ruined. But Gregory’s saved the day. Rebecca at Gregory’s made it up to me and my entire team! She re-made all of our drinks! She was so kind. Because of her, I’ll continue to order from Gregory’s!! Thank you, Rebecca!
